Landlord will provide to tenant with a 5 year lease:
All new interior walls, tape/bed/texture and paint (tenant has color choice). Seven foot solid core doors (stained) includes lock sets Electrical outlets as per code and tenant requirements (except extra loads or special requirements). Suspended ceiling with 2' X 4' ceiling grid anddrop in tiles. 2' X 4' drop in fluorescent lighting. (normal lighting screen). Carpet (normally used by landlord) and rubber base molding (colors chosen by Tenant).
Tenant responsibilities
Telephone lines and connection boxes and other DSL or T-1 needs. Any special plumbing. Special electrical. Wood or tile flooring. Carpet upgrades. Wainscotting or special wood paneling or glass walls. Security or intercom requirements. Other special upgrades or requirements. Office cleaning services and trash removal.
