Richard Dill was previously president of True Quality Pharmacies, Inc., a 68 Pharmacy chain located in six states. The first pharmacy was opened in McKinney in 1964, and grew to 68 pharmacies over the next 30 years. The pharmacies were sold beginning in 1993 with the last sale completed in March 1998.

Mr. Dill started investing in real estate with 2 duplexes in 1972. the properties listed are owned solely or in partnership with other investors and have been acquired over a 28 year span.

Chris Dill, President of Dill Partners Ltd. serves as Leasing, Property and Construction Manager for Dill Investments.

Janet Boyce is the Administrative Assistant for Dill Investments.

Dill Investments is a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce.
